Work at IB
Build With a Crew That Does It Right.
If you'd rather be proud of the work than just clock in, you'll like it here. Custom homes across North Idaho, an organized site and a crew that has your back.
On the crew
What It's Like on an IB Job Site.
Hear it from someone on the crew. What it's like to work on an IB job site.
Why work here
More Than a Paycheck.
Custom homes, high-end builds and roofs over North Idaho views. Not production houses, and not rushed work.
Prepared crews, clear plans and a clean site. You show up knowing what the day is.
Plumb, square and exact. The habits you build here make you better at the trade for life.
Hard work, straight talk and a job-site dog named Benji. We take care of each other.
